Fish oil
Fatty fish is a rich source of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs or polyunsaturated fatty acids). These fatty acids are essential for our health. Addition of these fatty acids can help reduce or prevent tissue inflammation and fluid retention, among other things.
