Drontal Pup is available for puppies and young dogs. Drontal Pup is a deworming product specially developed for puppies and young dogs that are usually only infected with roundworms, hookworms and whipworms. The composition has been adapted to this need and therefore does not contain Praziquantel (against tapeworms).
Due to the early onset of roundworm infections (through the uterus and milk), treatment with Drontal Pup should start at two weeks of age. It is recommended to carry out repeat treatments according to the schedule: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks. Then monthly to half a year. After six months, it is recommended to deworm your dog 4 times a year with Drontal Dog.
After opening, Drontal Pup has a shelf life of 10 weeks. Includes dosing syringe.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 ml Drontal Pup per 1 kg body weight. This corresponds to 15 mg febantel and 14.4 mg pyrantel embonate per kg body weight. The administration is done once per deworming treatment.
For oral administration. The suspension can be administered both directly - by means of the enclosed dosing syringe - and indirectly - by mixing it in the feed.
