Drontal® Dog XL is a broad spectrum anthelmintic, active against round and tapeworms in one administration, especially

for large dogs from 35 kilograms.

For the treatment of mixed infections of roundworms and tapeworms caused by:
Roundworms- Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina,

Tapeworms-Echinococcus granulosus, Echinococcus multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp., Multiceps
multiceps, Mesocestoides spp.

Hookworms- Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostomacaninum
Whipworms- Trichuris vulpis.

Do not administer to dogs lighter than 2.5kg.

Active substances :
Pyrantelembonate, Praziquantel and Febantel.
Drontal Plus XL contains 175 mg praziquantel, 504 mg pyrantel ammonate and 525 mg
febantel.

Dosage:
One tablet per 35 kg of body weight.
31 - 35 kg = 1 tablet of Drontal Plus XL.
36 - 40 kg = 1 Drontal Plus XL Tablet + ½ tablet Drontal for 10 kg.
41 - 45 kg = 1 Drontal Plus XL Tablet + 1 tablet of Drontal for 10 kg.
46 - 50 kg = 1 Drontal Plus XL Tablet + 1½ tablet Drontal for 10 kg.
51 - 55 kg = 1 Drontal Plus XL Tablet + 2 tablets of Drontal for 10 kg.
56 - 60 kg = 1 Drontal Plus XL Tablet + 2½ tablets of Drontal for 10 kilograms.
61 - 65 kg = 1 Drontal Plus XL Tablet + 3 tablets of Drontal for 10 kilograms.
66 - 70 kg = 2 Drontal Plus XL Tablets.

Method of administration:
Oral administration.
Tablets can be administered directly to the dog or mixed in food.
Dietary measures are not necessary.
