Why Benfital-Plus?
This dietary feed contains pectins coated with lecithin. This is for the removal of coliform bacteria and salmonellas through the feces. It also contains electrolytes for recovery from dehydration and has a high energetic power, being rich in glucose (310 kcal per drink). Benfital-Plus is rapidly digestible, reduces weight loss and maintains calf growth.

The citrus fibers are coated with patented lecithin and MOS (mannanoligosaccarides), which bind E.coli and Salmonella bacteria. These are then excreted with the manure.

Benfital contains a high content of glucose (energy), it restores and prevents blood acidification in a unique way:

• First, it releases sodium bicarbonate, which is readily available.

• Then the sodium acetate converts to sodium bicarbonate.

• Finally, the sodium citrate present also converts to sodium bicarbonate.

• This buffering effect ensures a long-term supply of sodium bicarbonate.
